This is adding in for MS PowerPoint that lets you handle multiple presentations in multiple tabs in PowerPoint.
Presentation Tabs for PowerPoint is an add-in that can let create and manage multiple presentations inside the application. There are several ways you could add tabs. Right click the tab and select "new" in the pop-up menu is one way of creating a new tab, can double click left mouse button on the blank area of tab bar to create another new document. If you need to change the order in which you want to handle the presentations, you can simply drag them around and place the one selected at the new location. All of the tabs can be closed with one click but the tool will ask for confirmation first.
This can be a real convenience when you are working on multiple related presentations and saves a lot of hassles in doing it presentation by presentation. Other convenience features that make the tool attractive include the ability to hide the tool bar when working on a single presentation, open and close tabs through mouse clicks, use keyboard shortcuts such as Alt+N to choose a tab, use a custom shortcut for show/hide tool bar and switch tabs with custom defined short cuts too. You have the option of using color on the tabs too for easy identification. This is a very handy tool for people juggling multiple presentations at a time, sales and marketing depart in an organization would be an example.
